Our goal is simple: we want every worker to go home safely to their families and loved ones each and every night.

Promoting and ensuring work site safety is fundamental to everything we do at Bear Construction. We have a genuine commitment to safety, believing it is everyone’s job, from our management team through to our work site employees.

Our strategic safety management program requires all of our employees to be trained in our safety policy and procedures as well as to have and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30 hour training and First Aid and CPR certification.

We are also a Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) certified contractor and train and maintain our employees in MSHA Part 46 training. We maintain a rotating safety committee who regularly review new and innovative safety procedures and requirements and implement these practices within our teams to keep our projects and people safe.
